What "Eligible" and "Ineligible" mean in the Sales Report

Each sale within the Sales report will display one of two statuses: "Eligible" or "Ineligible." An "Ineligible" account has yet to reach the required 90 days active to be eligible, or it was canceled before it reached that date. Once an account is active for 90 days, the status will automatically change to "Eligible," which makes it available for you to request payment.
