How to bypass greylisting in SmarterMail

For new site accounts that are opened after 10/17/2017. Greylisting is disabled by Default.
If you do wish to disable greylisting, it must be disabled on a per-user basis, and you must be logged in as postmaster or an alternate Domain Administrator.
  1. Log in to the Winhost Control Panel.
  2. Click the "Sites" tab.
  3. Click the "Manage" link next to the site you want to manage.
  4. Click the icon labeled "Email" on the right.
  5. Click the "SmarterMail Manager" link. You will be logged in as the Primary Domain Administrator.
  6. Click the "Settings" link in the left navigation menu (the icon that looks like a gear).
  7. Click to expand the "Domain Settings" folder.
  8. Click "Users."
  9. Check the box next to the user whose password you want to change, click "Edit."
  10. On the next screen, check the "Disable greylisting" box.
  11. Click "Save."


To bypass greylisting for any new users you create by default:

  1. Click to expand the "Advanced Settings" folder in the left menu.
  2. Click the "Default User Settings" link.
  3. Check the "Disable greylisting" checkbox to disable greylisting by default for newly created accounts.
  4. Click "Save."
