An existing Office 365 subscription can be transferred to Winhost if consolidation of web based services or Office 365 support is a consideration.
For an active Winhost site account, open a ticket with the Support Department
requesting Office 365 migration. To help facilitate the process, please provide your Microsoft Office 365 domain in your request.
Support will provide a reseller relationship request link in a response. Following the link will open the Microsoft Store for Business in your browser (or prompt you to log in). If prompted to log in, the Office 365 login credentials should be used. Once logged in, for reference, the below partner invitation will be displayed (note, the invitation will be from Host Collective, Inc rather than Winhost):
Check the box to agree to the Microsoft Cloud Agreement then click the "Accept" button. The Partners page will then be displayed. It can take a little while for the update to complete, so if no Partner is displayed right away, that is normal. Once updated, the page will read:
Reply to the open Support Ticket once the invitation is accepted. Support will proceed to complete the migration by adding Office 365 to the Winhost Control Panel for the site account and updating any existing licenses. Then a follow up will be provided on the open ticket once migration has completed.
