How to configure your domain pointer email aliases in Spam Experts

You can configure your domain pointer email aliases to also pass through the Spam Experts filtering system. To do this, you will need to enable the email alias feature. Refer to the Knowledge Base article How to activate domain pointer email aliases.
 
Once your domain pointer email alias has been activated, follow these steps to configure Spam Experts to filter emails from the domain name and forward them back to your email server:
  • Log in to your Spam Experts dashboard as the Admin of your Spam Experts account.
  • Click "Domain aliases."
  • In the "Alias" box, enter the domain name of your domain pointer.
  • Click the "Add" button.
