Monthly Billing Day

Every account has a Monthly Billing Day.
  • It is set when the account is first opened.
  • It is one day before the account opening day.
  • It cannot be changed.
  • Many billing functions rely on this day to know when to run, such as monthly Billing Statements.
For example, if your account was opened on the 12th of any month, the Monthly Billing Day will be the 11th of every month. If it was opened on the 1st, the Monthly Billing Day will be the 31st of every month. For months that do not have a 29th, 30th, or 31st, the system will use the last day of that month.
