If you wish to unsubscribe from the Winhost newsletter and other general interest/marketing/announcement emails, use the unsubscribe link in the newsletter email.

If you have multiple accounts, please be aware that you are unsubscribing the email address associated with the account, so you will be unsubscribed for all accounts that use that email address.

Note: Unsubscribing from the newsletter does not unsubscribe you from system emails (server maintenance or outage notices, etc.). You cannot opt-out of receiving system messages.

How to change the billing period for your site

Log in to Control Panel
Click the Sites tab
Click your domain link for the appropriate site
In the Site Info section, click the Change Billing Period icon
In the drop-down menu, select the billing period you wish to switch to
Click the Change button

*Please note, if there is a past due balance on your account, you will not be able to proceed until the past due balance has been settled.

How to change the plan for your site (upgrade/downgrade)

Log in to Control Panel
Click the Sites tab
Click your domain link for the appropriate site
In the Site Info section, click the Change Plan icon
Click the Select Plan button under the plan you wish to switch to

*Please note, if there is a past due balance on your account, you will not be able to proceed until the past due balance has been settled.

Where to find the full server path

You can find the full server path (Path to root) in the Manage Site Info section of Control Panel.
