Where is the SSL certificate sent?

The SSL certificate will be sent to the Administrative Contact email that you entered during the SSL purchasing process.

If the Administrative Contact email does not exist, but you have access to the Administrative Contact email domain name, please create the Administrative Contact address and contact the billing department to resend the certificate.
