New email accounts are set up within the SmarterMail interface. You can find the SmarterMail interface at http://mail.HostingAccountDomain.com. 

• Mouse over "Domain Settings" and click the "Domain Settings" link.
• From the Email Users page, click the "Add User" link.
• Enter the username and password for the email account.
