How will I be billed for a plan upgrade?
When you order a plan upgrade, we will charge the credit card on file. The charge amount will be the new plan's cost for a prorated period. The prorated period will be the length of time remaining in your current billing period.

* If the upgrade charge fails the account will go into past due status, and we will attempt to collect again on the normal past due schedule.
