When you order a plan upgrade, you will be credited for your current plan and charged for your new plan.
The credit will be for the unused portion of the old service period.
The charge will be the new plan's cost for a prorated period. For plans billed quarterly, the prorated period will be greater than 2 months and less than 3 months. For plans billed annually, the prorated period will be greater than 11 months and less than 12 months.
The charge for the new plan will be offset by any credit you receive for the old service period.
