What should I do if I have a problem with the sign up process?

If you encounter any problems with the sign up or if you do not receive your account information via email shortly after sign up, please contact our sales department at sales@winhost.com. It is best not to submit another order so that we avoid duplicate orders in our system. You will need to provide enough information so that we can track your sign up, such as Confirmation ID, Name, Domain Name, sign up date, and approximate time of order.

Also, there are instances when the credit card is declined by our credit card processor. Therefore, you may want to check with your credit card company to make sure that there was not an issue with your credit card.
