When you enter a domain name in our sign up form we perform an availability check.
This applies to domain names with the .com, .net, .org, .biz, and .info
extensions.
Note that it is possible that our check can indicate that a name is available when it is not. This happens rarely, but due to the nature of the whois service, it is possible.
To do a number of domain name searches it is best to use a specialized web site, such as
DomainTools.
