- Go to "Entourage/Account Settings"
- Click "New/Configure account manually"
- Account type: POP
- Go to "Edit Account"
- Enter an account name
- Enter your name and the email address in "Personal Information"
- Account ID: Full email address of the POP account
- POP Server: mail.HostingAccountDomain.com
- Password: Password of POP account
- Check "Save Password in my MAC OS Keychain"
- SMTP Server: mail.HostingAccountDomain.com
- Click "Click here for advanced sending Options"
- Select "SMTP server requires Authentication"
- Select "Log on Using"
- Account ID: Full Email address of POP account
- Password: Password of POP account
- Check "Save Password in my MAC OS Key Chain"
- Close the window
- Click "OK"
- Close the "Accounts" window
