Use the
Forgot your Username/Password? password retrieval system on the Control Panel login page. This assumes that you know the email address associated with the account. The Password will be emailed to the admin contact email address.
Note that you will receive login information for every account
associated with the email address that you submit. If you enter an
email address that is not associated with an account, you will not
receive an email or an error message from the lost password form. We do
not provide an "email address does not exist" error for security
reasons.

Send an email to the Technical Support Department requesting that we resend your account setup email. Please include the domain name of the account you wish to access. We will resend the account setup email to the admin contact email address only.
This assumes that you have access to retrieve email from the admin contact email address. Please also make sure to check your Spam/Junk/Bulk email folder for the message, as many spam filters will filter legitimate emails. If you are using spam filters, please whitelist the WinHost.com domain name.
If you do not have access to the admin contact email address, we will require authentication of the account information. To protect our customers, we do not give out account information without authentication.
To begin the authentication process, send an email to billing@WinHost.com requesting your account information. Please include your account domain name.
