Yahoo spam filters can filter out email sent from WinHost if the security level is set high. Email in the Yahoo Bulk Mail folder is removed after 1 month, 2 weeks, or 1 week, depending on your settings. In order to avoid missing any emails sent by WinHost, take the following steps:

• Go to: Mail Options > Filters
• Click "Add"

For the filter name, choose any name you would like, such as; WinHost

From Header: Contains (select in dropdown): WinHost (input in text field)

Then: Inbox
