How to create an additional FTP user

Winhost > FTP
You can have up to 10, 30, 100 or 250 FTP users (including your primary FTP user) on Basic, Max, Ultimate, and Power hosting plans respectively.
 
Here's how to set up an additional FTP user:
  1. Log in to Control Panel and go to the Site Info Manager/FTP Users section
  2. Click Add
  3. Create a new user by entering the required information in the blank fields
  4. Use the Directory Path field to restrict a FTP user to one specific subdirectory
  5. Use the Permissions dropdown to determine what kind of file permissions this FTP user will have
  6. Click Create to finish
